New Memory Unlocked

 Remember that time I made sushi on Thanksgiving?

Avocado, cream cheese, tuna

Don't worry: I didn't make it for Thanksgiving, I just made it on Thanksgiving.


The trick is to prepare the sushi rice the day before
so it's cold and sticky.

Having the right proportions allows you
to turn out nice, tight little rolls.

Livvy is an expert at being a nice, tight little roll.
