Joe

I think I'm going to stop drinking coffee for a little while.
It'll be a -get this- coffee break.

You lol'd and you know it.

It just doesn't do what it did in 11th grade, and it tastes so much worse than it used to.

3 years ago: "Oh no! I spilled some coffee!"
Now: "Oh good! That's less of it I have to drink!"

I don't know if it's me or the coffee that changed.

Nothing tastes,

  1. If it's been sitting for three years, I reckon it's the coffee that has changed.

Slightly more serious, though we all know I am never truly serious, the body does get used to muddy bean water after using for so long... you druggie. :P

Albert had a theory about taking a break from it and only using it on those days you really need it. I think his ultimate decision was to never return.

Drinking coffee always makes me thirsty.
Orange juice is more fun and supposedly wakes you up. Not sure if that's a true story, but that's not my department. ;)

    1. "Muddy bean water". That's an interesting euphemism.

I've come to find that afternoon coffee > morning coffee.
And I used to be such a morning person!!!

  2. It's probably a matter of creamer, not the coffee. Gotta get the foofoo creama!

  3. Aye, but the cost-benefit analysis of getting better creamer does not support your idea.

    Sorry, babe.
