Certainly not! But I was carrying on a conversation with a faculty member about how I wanted to work in Savannah and she was like, "oh is that home for you?" and I was like, "no...but my...boyfriend works there..." and I felt super lame because people view boyfriends as something you can easily walk away from. Like- it'd be different if i was like, "yeah my fiancé works there and we know that's where we want to live..." but i can say nothing more advanced than "boyfriend" and this was just an illustration of how I think people think.
This worries me. Is Mikey-face being a dirtbag?
